FROM RENDER TO BROWSER
Keep the light. Change the approach.
Conventional baking lost detail as textures were reduced. I projected the rendered lighting onto simplified geometry, with a controlled viewing angle and smooth transitions between compositions.
Light & materials
Lighting, reflections and materials captured in a Corona beauty render.
Projection onto geometry
The finished render becomes a texture. Controlled camera motion preserves the illusion of depth.
Transitions in one scene
The compositions share one scene. Soft edges conceal their boundaries and connect the transitions.
